Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hr notice for any changes to your appointment.
Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment requires a $99 fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a late cancellation and a $99 fee will be applied.
Credit Toward Service: The $99 fee must be paid when booking your next appointment and will be applied as a credit toward that service.
